Vantage Rise Partners was built by Charles R. Franklin — an enterprise-growth executive, franchise-development strategist, and founder with more than two decades of experience building organizations, scaling multi-unit businesses, and creating repeatable systems that turn strategy into measurable growth.

Charles spent over a decade as a key legacy contributor at Grocery Outlet, a $5B+ public retail enterprise, where he helped design and scale the company's Independent Operator recruitment and development infrastructure. Before that, he founded Franchise Beacon, served as Chief Development Officer for Play N Trade, EVP of Development for T-Street Management, CEO of FMG Networks, and COO of Beacon Security Group — accumulating more than 1,000 franchise unit sales, $6.5M+ in area-development fees, and recognition as a three-time Franchise Update Media STAR Award recipient.
